Take things up a notch by combining your Medicinal Mushrooms with other Superfoods and ingredients to feel amazing!

‘Instant Magic’ Mushroom Matcha Latte

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Organic Burst 10 Mushroom Extract
  • 1 tsp Organic Burst Matcha⁠
  • 1 cup Coconut mylk (from a carton not a can, or switch for your preferred milk)
  • Maple syrup to taste⁠

Method:

  1. Heat your Coconut mylk (go for the chilled carton variety, not canned).⁠
  2. Mix the hot mylk with the remaining ingredients, using a mini hand / electric whisk like our Aerolatte for a beautiful smooth consistency.⁠

For a fancy layered version, try this method:⁠

  1. Heat the coconut mylk⁠
  2. Add the Matcha to your glass and whisk up with 1/3 of the mylk.⁠
  3. Add the Mushroom Extract and maple syrup to a separate cup and whisk with 1/3 of the hot mylk. Carefully pour it over the Macha, to create your layers!⁠
  4. Froth up the remaining mylk with your usual coffee frother, or Aerolatte and spoon on top. This is your Layered Mushroom Matcha Latte!⁠

Anxiety-Relieving Mushroom Cacao 

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Organic Burst 10 Mushroom Extract
  • 1 tbsp Organic Burst Cacao
  • 1 cup Coconut Mylk (choose carton coconut drinks rather than a can of coconut milk – or use your preferred milk) 
  • Drizzle of Date Syrup

Method:

  1. Warm the mylk and whisk in the remaining ingredients into the cup.

Hormonal Support Drink

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp OrganicBurst True Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp OrganicBurst Maca
  • ½ tsp Organic Burst Chaga extract
  • ½ cup hot Rooibos tea
  • 1 cup warm (ideally frothed) coconut or hemp mylk
  • optional - Sweetener (stevia, coconut sugar, maple syrup)

Method:

  1. Add the Superfoods to a large mug and pour over the hot tea, stir or whisk to remove lumps then top up with your plant mylk.
  2. Have this drink daily to maximize the hormone balancing effects. 

Mushroom Bliss Bites

Ingredients (Makes 20 bites):

  • 2 scoops Organic Burst 10 Mushroom Extract
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup Organic Burst Cacao
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl until combined.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
  3. Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls, place on the tray and refrigerate until peckish!

Mushroom-Powered Coffee

  • 1 espresso shot or a cup of your usual coffee
  • 1 cup plant mylk
  • 1 scoop Organic Burst 10 Mushroom Extract

Method:

  1. Make your coffee however you love!
  2. Pour in frothed, warm mylk
  3. Add the Mushroom Extract and whisk everything together

Cherry & Choc Overnight Oats

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

  1. 1 tbsp Organic Burst Chia Seeds 
  2. 2 tbsp oats
  3. 2 tsp Organic Burst Cacao 
  4. 1 scoop Organic Burst 10 Mushroom Extract
  5. 1 cup plant mylk 
  6. Drizzle of maple syrup
  7. Handful of frozen cherries

Method: 

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a cereal bowl and chill overnight. You can top with chopped nuts when serving for some bite.

How to give kids Medicinal Mushrooms 

Our Mushroom Bursts are incredibly popular for benefitting children too. Here are our guidelines:  

  • For children below 3 years old, we would recommend consulting your health practitioner before introducing Medicinal Mushrooms.
  • Children age 3-10 can have half the adult serving size.
  • We would not recommend our Bursts for babies under 12 months old.
